Processing time
In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Pre-orders ship when stock arrives (we'll keep you updated).
Delivery time (after your order ships)
- EU & Switzerland: 2–4 business days
- UK & Norway: 3–6 business days (customs may add 1–2 days)

Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping on orders over €100.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Duties & taxes
- EU: VAT included at checkout
- UK, Switzerland, Norway: Local duties or taxes (if any) are collected by the carrier
Returns & Exchanges
Changed your mind?
No problem. Return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Free returns
Returns from EU, UK, and Switzerland are free. Just email us at support@noya.fit and we'll send you a return label—no printer needed in most countries.
Norway returns: Use a trackable service. Email us for instructions.
Condition
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, sealed items (like mats) can't be returned once opened—unless they're faulty.
Exchanges
Fastest way: order the new item now, return the original for a refund.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
Damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll make it right.
Pre-orders
Cancel anytime before we ship for a full refund. After delivery, the 30-day return window applies.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and custom items (unless faulty).
Wrong address or missed delivery?
If your order returns to us, we can reship (shipping fees may apply) or refund your order minus outbound shipping costs.
How to start a return
Email support@noya.fit with your order number and reason. We'll send you a label and instructions. Pack everything securely, include your packing slip, and keep your tracking receipt until your refund arrives.
