Where we ship
EU, UK, Switzerland, and Norway. (If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email us.)

Processing times
In-stock: ships in 1–2 business days.
Pre-orders: our first batch lands late Nov–early Dec 2025; mixed orders ship when stock arrives.

Delivery estimates (after dispatch)
EU: 2–5 business days
UK & CH: 3–6 business days (customs may add 1–2 days)

Shipping fees
Shown at checkout by destination, weight, and service. Free-shipping thresholds may apply.
EU/UK cooling-off returns: the original standard delivery cost is refundable; upgraded delivery services are excluded.

Split shipments
In-stock items may ship first; pre-orders follow automatically at no extra cost.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link when your order leaves our warehouse.

Duties & taxes
EU: VAT included at checkout.
UK/CH/NO: local duties or taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility and collected by the carrier.


Returns & Exchanges

Return window
Change of mind? Return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Free EU/UK/CH returns
Returns from EU/UK/CH addresses are free. Email support@noya.fit to receive a QR code or label (one label per order). Drop off at a nearby point—no printer required in most countries. International returns include the necessary customs docs.

Norway returns
Use a trackable service (we’ll share instructions). We cover return shipping if we made an error or the product is defective.

Condition
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/inserts. For hygiene and health-protection reasons, sealed items (e.g., mats and wearables) can’t be returned once the seal is broken unless faulty.

Exchanges
Fastest route: place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Refund timing
Once inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and in any case no later than 14 days after we receive your return or proof of dispatch.
EU/UK cooling-off period (14 days): we also refund the cost of the original standard delivery.

Defects & damage
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can help quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights (including legal guarantee/warranty).

Pre-orders
You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund. After delivery, the 14-day cooling-off period (EU/UK) and our 30-day return window apply.

Final sale / exclusions
Gift cards and custom/bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Wrong address / failed delivery
If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address or missed pickups, we can reship (postage may apply) or refund minus outbound shipping (subject to EU/UK cooling-off rules where applicable).

How to start a return
Email support@noya.fit with your order number and reason. We’ll send a QR/label and instructions. Pack securely; include the packing slip or order number inside the box. Keep the drop-off receipt and tracking until your refund arrives.
