Shipping

Where we ship. The European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. If your country isn't offered at checkout, write to support@noya.fit.

Dispatch. Every order leaves our warehouse in the Netherlands. Order before 12:00 noon (CET) on a business day and it ships the same day; later orders, weekends and public holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery. Most of the EU: 2–4 business days after dispatch. United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: 3–6 business days; customs can add a day or two. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

Cost. Calculated at checkout from destination and weight, and shown before you pay. Delivery is free above a basket value set per country, from €129 in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany; your cart shows how much is left.

Tracking. You get a tracking link the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Duties and taxes. EU orders include VAT. For the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, any local duties or taxes are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Returns

30 days. Changed your mind? Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In the EU your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies on top.

How. Email support@noya.fit with your order number and what you're sending back. We reply with instructions and, where available, a return label; we confirm any return shipping cost before you send anything.

Refund. Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of the parcel reaching us.

Exchanges. Fastest route: order the new piece now, return the original for a refund.

Guarantee

12 months on every NOYA piece. If something arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault under normal use within 12 months of delivery, we replace it or find another fair solution. Send a photo and your order number to support@noya.fit. Normal wear, misuse and improper care are not covered.

Damaged on arrival? Tell us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right, return cost on us.
