Where we ship

EU, UK, Switzerland, and Norway. Don't see your country at checkout? Email us at support@noya.fit—we'll see what we can do.

Processing times

  • In-stock items: ship within 1–2 business days
  • Pre-orders: ship when stock arrives (we'll keep you updated)

Delivery estimates (after your order ships)

  • EU & Switzerland: 2–4 business days
  • UK & Norway: 3–6 business days (customs may add 1–2 days)

Shipping cost

Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping on orders over €100.

Order tracking

You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Duties & taxes

  • EU: VAT included at checkout
  • UK, Switzerland, Norway: Local duties or taxes (if any) are collected by the carrier

Address accuracy & delivery issues

If your order returns to us due to an incorrect address or missed pickup, we can reship (shipping fees may apply) or refund your order minus outbound shipping costs.

Lost or damaged in transit

Contact us at support@noya.fit within 7 days with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.

Pre-orders

Cancel anytime before we ship for a full refund. After delivery, standard returns apply.
