NOYA Elevated Mat

Grip that improves as you warm up. The PU top absorbs heat and sweat instead of getting slick. Hands and feet stay where you put them in a long hold or a slow lunge; a foam mat starts sliding exactly when the work gets interesting.

Dense, not soft. 5 mm of natural rubber under a firm top: enough to protect the knees and the spine, firm enough that balance work doesn't wobble. Thick foam feels kind for a minute and then costs you stability.

Flat from the first day. 3.5 kg of rubber lies flat and stays flat. No curling corners, no walking across the floor during a flow.

Room to move. 185 × 68 cm, wider and longer than standard, so the bar, the strap and you all fit on it.

1. Cat–cow — hands under shoulders, knees under hips. Round the spine on the exhale, lengthen on the inhale. 8 slow rounds · spine, breath
2. Bird-dog — from all fours, reach one arm and the opposite leg long, hold two counts, return without the hips tipping. 8 each side · core, back
3. Glute bridge — on the back, feet flat, hip-width. Press the hips up until the body is one line from knees to shoulders, pause, lower slowly. 12 reps · glutes, hamstrings (rest the Form Bar on the hips if you have it)
4. Forearm plank — elbows under shoulders, ribs down, heels pressing back. Hold 40 s · core, shoulders
5. Low lunge, hands on the mat — back knee down, front shin vertical, chest over the hips. Hold 45 s each side · hips, quads
6. Child's pose — knees wide, arms long, forehead on the mat. Breathe into the back for 1 min · back, hips, reset

Two rounds, no rush between moves. Add the Form Bar to the bridge and the lunge when the bodyweight versions feel easy.

Top premium PU, matte, closed surface. Wipes clean with water, mild soap and a soft cloth.

Base natural rubber, 5 mm. Grips any floor, wood included, without marking it.
