One strap, two uses. The Carry Stretch Strap carries the mat on your back and stays out of the way until you need it for stretching. Cotton blend, 160 cm, soft against the skin and easy to adjust.

The loops adjust quickly between stretches and positions. Use it for assisted stretching, mobility work, or carrying the mat from one place to another without giving it much thought.

Why a strap, not a buckle belt?

Two jobs, one object. The loops hold the rolled mat on a shoulder. Unhooked, it's a 160 cm stretch strap.

Cotton, not nylon. Soft on the skin in a foot loop; no buckle to dig into a palm.

Adjusts in a second. Slide the loops, done.

It stays with the mat. It comes in the box with both NOYA mats; this page is for a spare, or for a mat you already own.

If you need a stiff belt for binds in advanced yoga, a D-ring belt is the tool. This one is for carrying and stretching.
Your first 20 minutes
  1. Hamstring stretch — on the back, loop around one foot, leg long towards the ceiling. 1 min each side
  2. Hip opener — same loop, let the leg fall out to the side, hip on the floor. 45 s each side
  3. Shoulder floss — standing, strap held wide, arms over the head and behind, back again. 10 slow
  4. Chest opener — strap behind the back, hands wide, lift the arms away from the body. 45 s
  5. Seated fold — strap around the feet, long spine, hinge from the hips. 1 min
  6. Calf stretch — sitting, loop the ball of the foot, pull the toes towards you. 45 s each side

Then roll the mat, loop the strap, out the door.
