Wherever There Is Light and Water

Natali doesn't train in a gym. She trains wherever she is — in her room, on the balcony, on the terrace, by the sea, at the edge of a pool. The space matters to her: light walls, open sky, the sound of water nearby, nature in the background. Quiet. Harmonious. Minimal.

"For me, it's important that the space feels peaceful," she says. "A light wall, the ocean, the sky — it helps me feel more connected and focused."

A typical session starts with a warm-up and some stretching. Then she reads the room — or rather, reads herself. "I choose the training based on my mood," she explains. That might mean Pilates, light strength work with small dumbbells, resistance bands, a yoga block, a fitness ball. She tries new exercises, pays attention to how her body responds, and follows what feels alive that day.

Three or four mornings a week, she also runs — easy, around 4 or 5 kilometres. "It gives me energy and sets the tone for the whole day."

What drew her to movement in the first place? She doesn't hesitate.

"I love feeling my body working. Feeling strong, energized, and in balance. Training makes me feel alive and connected with myself."

Her favourite part isn't the workout itself — it's what comes after. "Lightness in the body and clarity in the mind."

Consistency, for Natali, is not a discipline. It's a given.

"Movement is already a part of my lifestyle and daily routine. I can't imagine my day without being active — because I always feel better after a workout, both physically and emotionally. Consistency comes naturally when you truly love what you do."

She also thinks about what she carries into a session — not equipment, but something harder to name.

"The most important thing for me is the feeling of my body, my inner strength, and my mindset during training. Movement helps me relax mentally, restore balance, and feel harmony within myself."

And she wants to share that. Not teach it, not sell it — share it. "I truly enjoy inspiring and motivating people. This feeling is something I want to pass on."

Natali practices at home and outdoors — wherever she finds quiet, light, and space to move.
