NOYA Soft Block

It gives. Under the hips in a seated fold or the sacrum in a supported bridge, a hard block digs in. The Soft Block spreads the weight.

Firm enough to stand on. A soft-touch surface over a dense core: it holds a hand in a lunge without folding.

Light. It moves between positions without you thinking about it.

Water-resistant. Sweat, floor dust, a damp cloth, done.

If you balance on it a lot and want it to never move, the Cork Block is the firmer one. The Soft Block is for the rest.
