Who are studio prices for?
Studios, retreats, online instructors and anyone equipping a space for classes. Tell us which in the form. If you also want to sell NOYA to your clients, the catalogue lists the recommended retail prices next to the studio prices.
How are studio prices set?
Each product has a fixed studio price, quoted in EUR excluding VAT, not a discount off retail. Minimum order 400 EUR ex VAT, mixed products welcome. Prices are valid until 31 December 2026. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number are invoiced without VAT; without one, the VAT rate of your country applies.
Can I try the products before equipping the whole room?
Yes. Order a single unit of anything at the studio price. If you place a full order within 30 days, we credit it. If you'd rather see the products in person, say so when you write to us and we'll see what's possible for your location.
How do ordering and payment work?
Email alex@noya.fit with the products and quantities, your delivery address and your VAT number if you have one. You receive a quote including shipping within one working day, an invoice once you confirm, and dispatch on payment. Payment is in advance, by bank transfer (SEPA) or card. Downloading the catalogue does not commit you to anything.
How does delivery work?
From our warehouse in the Netherlands, 2–4 working days within the EU. Shipping is charged at cost, no markup, and confirmed in your quote before you pay. As a guide, one box holds up to four mats and costs 13–16 EUR to most EU countries. Switzerland and the UK ship duty unpaid; import VAT and duties are settled by the buyer.
Do mats come with the strap?
At the studio price, mats are supplied without the Carry Stretch Strap. Add straps at 16.50 each if you want them.
